i have applied cash back of 18% promo code and screen shows that your cash back will be credited in your walled when the order shipped. But after 24 hours of shipment of order i contact to customer care of paytm ans discussed the matter and they said that you have not applied the cash back offer. And they said me that you are first time user so we will provide the benefits of that time promo code once the product delivers at your home. When order delivered at my home then i contacted to customer care again and they told me that cash back meet you in 24 housrs. But after 48 hours cash back not received then the cash back recieved only 6% till now remaining 12 % cash not recieved to me. They cheated me. please take necessary action against him.
