Complaint Details
I have ordered the multifunction printer as amazon's product description through amazon vide order id 171-5220792-2861118. I have received the single function printer through Jaisheel infotech, Agra, vide invoice no. RI-15-16/91.

I paid prepayment(Debit card) for Rs.5,960/-.

I want to return this product and need multifunction printer as the same price as described by amazon purchase order.

I contacted the amazon as well as seller. Asper amazon AtoZ guarantee team, they are not accepting the product because just opened the top of the box. As per seller they will accept the product but both sides courier charge(around Rs.1,350/-)will be deducted from my payment. All the wrong shipment is done by amazon and the seller. So, I'm not agree with their return and refund policies I need the favorable action from CCRC.

I want to return this product and need multifunction printer at the same price as described by amazon's purchase order. Otherwise I need the refund of Rs.5,960+compensation for wasting my time and delay for taking the final decisions.
