Complaint Details
A complain pertaining to repairing the Bajaj Microwave Oven model no. 2310 ETC was lodged with Bajaj customer care on 18th November and was given a complain no. 8102488. I was told that within 48 hours of lodging the complain a bajaj technician will visit and repair the microwave. The 48 hours were passed on 20th November, and since there was no call or update regarding the technician, I called the customer care and was told that there is no updated on the complain number and was given numbers to a Sri Ram Electricals and the Bajaj Area Manager Mr Ruchit asking me to solve things on my own by calling these two. Bajaj customer care was of the opinion that my complain was routed to Sri Ram Electricals, a dealer of Bajaj and that they were not responding. Upon calling Sri Ram electricals I was told that I will receive the technician or receive a call from him within an hour. An hour passed and nothing happened, and upon calling Sri Ram electricals a second time I was told not to call them again and again and that my complain will be solved as and when technicians are available and that they cannot commit upon a timeframe as to when anybody will visit to resolve the complain. I then called the Area Manager of Bajaj Mr Ruchit Panchal, and he committed that for sure the complaint will be resolved on the next working day i.e 21st November. The whole of 21st passed without any calls or news or visit from the Bajaj technician. On 22nd, Sunday I called the Bajaj customer care once again and was told the same answer that the complaint is still "under process". I requested that my call should be directed to the call centre supervisor, and was told that everybody is busy. Upon pressing further, I was given the mobile number of the same Area Manager Mr. Ruchit Panchal. I call Mr Ruchit and he told me the same old answer that somebody will visit on Monday the 23rd. I asked him as to how can I trust him as he had already committed previously but nobody arrived. Mr Ruchit went on to say that the technician called a lot of times during the day but my mobile number was not reachable. I was surprised and asked him as to my mobile number was working fine. I told him to note my alternate number, and he said there is no need for that as for sure the technician will arrive on Monday. Upon asking him a time frame as to when anybody will visit the house he cut the phone and has not been picking up since. I am still waiting for my complain to be resolved.
