Complaint Details
At least 5-6 times the press had faults and everytime called bajaj customer care who asked their local service centre for repair. Last repair was done and the parts of steam iron were further damaged at service center and they delivered the iron to me in a pathetic condition. The screws loose. Wires open. (photos attached). As the product was in warranty, I requested for replacement but was denied. Now none of the service personnel are responding. I feel mentally harrased.
