Complaint Details
I have been provided a wrong information via sms that the train 17651 Arakkonam to Hyderabad on 23rd of November has been cancelled but it was not .I had to travel from kanchi to tirupathi and then to hyderabad with a senior citizen and 2 kids which not only costed me a lot of stress and finance for alternate travel arrangements.I am attaching the wrong sms sent .pls advice me how to recover my losses
