Complaint Details
I Have purchased a flat in society named Panchawati constructed by Shri Balaji Builders & Developers, They have promised of many things which include 24 hours water supply, Lift generator backup, Jaguar or equivalent fittings etc, but everything has been delayed and yet there is no chance of getting this facilities, they have said that they will provide Otis or equivalent lift, but it is also of low standard which is under maintenance every week, then they have promised of Jaguar and equivalent fittings but it is also of low standard, many of such things are totally of low standard, Now there motor got maintenance and stopped working in just 6 months of possession, that means it is also of local make and not standard. From 3 days due to Water Motor failure they have been providing water to us from dirty water which is collected in lift space of B wing of same site, B wing is under construction and it has a duct space for Lift of B wing, where they store water to get under construction wing watered, they are now supplying water from that duct which contains bricks, cement, died frogs, stones and wooden pallets used for construction, we have seen many construction workers peeing there and also they spit tobacco there, this is completely unethical and harmful to the health of the society members where major of the families have small kids and are lower middle class, we use the water to cook food, wash utensils and daily chores Request us to guide to correct person to get this issue solved and make builder provide at least the basic thing which is water in a clean manner.
