After the shopping of 3 items against the mentioned cash memo no, we had requested sales man/ Biller of Big bazaar for giving discount on the 2nd gacket SPK MN SWSH XL, GRE of Rs 1099. But he had given the discount on SPK MN BOT XXL C.C of Rs 899. After this we once again requested Customer officer to resolve our issue then he also misbehaved us as well as he was totally non- cooperative for our problem. The complete problem is just because of the non awareness of discount rules of the Biller of Big Bazaar. After listening to the complete problem the customer officer rejected to sort out our problem for giving 50 % discount on the 2nd purchase from Big Bazaar. I am attaching the bill details for your ready reference so that problem can be sorted out easily.
