This is to bring it to your notice that I had purchased a used car from BMW Infinity cars (authorised for BMW) on 9thSeptember 2015. since then the car has been creating regular troubles causing a lot of mental pressure and fatigue. i have been continuously tried contacting them but there has been no proper replies. I kindly request you to take this into account and please help me out.
