Dear Sir

I have booked the hotel Om tower located at MI Road, Jaipur from 12th to 14th November 2015 from website goibibo.com. Hotel is situated at Good location but it is mentioned on website that hotel has swimming pool facility which is not available during our visit (it is under maintenance for two weeks as said by staff ). When we complained about it to Reception, they said to talk with Goibibo customer care instead of them.

We have total 3 Room bookings out of which in one Room is booked with 3 persons with extra bed facility and prepaid payment is also made on goibibo website for the same but Hotel has not provided the extra bed in spite of telling them to two to three times.

Please take care of people who go there for enjoying holidays in some good hotel with good amenities like (Swimming pool, Gym etc) . I am unhappy because i had selected this hotel only due to swimming pool facility to pass leisure time with family which is not available to us during our visit.

We have 3 booking with following names:

3. Mr. Shabbir khanjiwala

Complaint number: 910747 booked on 14th November 2015

(For 2 & 3 complaint is booked late because already informed to customer care for all 3 bookings in complaint number:905999)

Our complaint is registered since more than 10 days but when we call to customer care, each time they are saying that we are working on it and will revert back to you within 24 hours.

I need refund of full amount for not providing the facility as per specification mentioned on your website.

Please take action against this complaint as well as hotel immediately.
