Dear Sir..
my order on 3rd of November, 2015, order #AB7050945, they TOOK PAYMENT ADVANCE AND their EMPLOYEE TOLD ME I WOULD GET MY JBL SPEAKER (THE ITEM THAT I ORDERED). in 4-5 working days, i have waited for 10 days for their response, but there was not any single update from them people regarding my order, but when i tried to contact their people via phone they said im gonna get my item in 3 days (this statement was on 13th of november, 2015, from their customer service, and i have all the evidence, because i have heard a lot of those people, that they are a fraud company, all the recording and evidence is with me,, when i tried to call them on 16th of nov, 2015, their customer care executive told me that item is out of stock, and im not gonna get item, and they cant do anything about it ???
first of all the worst customer service i have ever been experienced .
secondly fraud company and irresponsible, took my money and send me nothing, instead of fake promises and time wasting website, never order from these people, they are making people jerk.
and when i tried them to contact regarding my order yesterday, one of their employee vishal chawde told me that my order is shipped and gave me a random tracking number of a website of logistic. and when i called again after 1 hour they another employee gave me completely different tracking number, they have frustrated me alot. and now i want strict action to be taken against them.
