Complaint Details
Order no 9287672877 for 6 seater dining table and chairs for rs. 12,000 was placed with snapdeal for delivery and installation. Snapdwal delivered product on 25 october and their installation person found the product was incomplete. They finally agreed to take back the product and refund my money on 15 november even though it was covered by 7 day easy return. They were supposed to have picked it up in 3 days but they have not even contacted me since. I have called them everyday to pick up these huge pieces of incomplete furniture and its packaging and refund my money but they keep ignoring me. They also refuse to return me my money as they have not picked up the product yet.
