Complaint Details
I have been a member of Club Mahindra Holidays having membership no:264028 since last 8 years and every year I have to fight, quarrel, beg and argue with them for my holidays. I am having RED membership and I am entitled for 7 days holiday in most of the seasons in their resorts across India and Abroad. This year I had asked them for a holiday in their apartment in Dubai from 5th Jan 2016to 9th Jan 2016 but I was denied as always for my holiday saying rooms not available, This is their trend every year and when I argue and threaten them then they finally release rooms for me, but this year they have not granted me my holiday and now I am fed up and tired of arguing and begging for my holidays. I had paid 2.5 lacs as membership fees some 8 years ago and right now the membership fees is more than 4.5 lacs. I want a refund for my membership fees and compensation for the trauma, agony, and stress I have to go through for arguing and begging for my holidays.
