Dear sir I had requested for net pack of 1gb on 08Oct2015, their executive activated that plan as per my requests. But after few hour I was trying to check my till time net uses and how much mb pending. But its showing 'data not found'
After I had call for this issue then he told me on same day your net pack is an over. I was surprise forthat. After that I have put the mail for this issue, they revert me it will be reflect in our bill. But now I got the bill and they charge me for net pack as well as whatever mb I have used. But I don't get any benefit of that net pack which I was activated. Its automatically how it will be over on same day. So please do the need full in this case. This company always doing this kind of mistake or misbehaviour. Last time also they change my cug plan amount without any notification.For your refference please check the attachment.
