Product- Sony Bravia KDL 40 R55C, LED TV.
I had ordered this product from Shopclues online shopping and had paid through credit card. Delivery was given 7th Nov. But item has not been delivered yet 28 Nov 15. I have called up and have even emailed several times but the response is same that "You will get your product within 48 hours". I've even asked them to cancel my order and refund me my money, but they say that your item has already sent through Beacon courier on 1st of Nov, so we are unable to cancel your order.
