Hi My name is Askhay, i brought a mobile phone from flipkart through online, i ordered on 11 october 2015 (order id :-OD104140853214606000)and i got delivered on 13th october, after using the phone for multiple days i found mobile was not working as it should be like new phone. There after i put complaint to them as per there policy refund within 30 days but i put complaint 6 november and even from there end they all were ready to refund the money. but from last few days they were not even replying and picking my calls up and after few days when i called them up they just not ready to take back product as per the policy and not accepting the product too. even when we call the they harassing me like hell and i cant even take it. And even today when i called them up one of there employee was not behaving as i am not there customer and name of the employee was dinesh kumar. Please look into this matter ASAP.Its and humble request.
