hello sir, i ordered a nargis fakhiri designed dress from http://www.mirraw.com/ and i opted for COD, the product arrived but when i checked it, it was entirely different from what i have ordered. i tried to contact their customer service several times to no avail, what scared me more was that there were several customers like me who faced similar problems and they were also not provided any relief, some complainants even went ahead to rate it as an online scam. please help me sir as to what action should i take now as i strongly feel that Mirraw has frauded many innocent customers.
