Spark Internet service provider has cheated me as I paid them 3 mths line rental from Oct - Dec 2015 & suddenly on 15th November as my Internet was not working I called call centre who are good for nothing just take complaints that their technician will come soon but nobody came till 1 week though their SLA ws 24hrs. They after 2 weeks a team leader told me Spark has taken over by Unique Broadband & best part they don't have ant contact details to provide their customers like me struggling to get Internet working & this news. Now I am middle of nothing, I want my money back. I finally figured out these new guys Unique Broadband & they gave me sone new Internet plans which was much more lowered then what I was using earlier. For e.g I was paying 1400 rs per month for 60gb - 10 mbps & these new guys gave me 1 mbps plan that costs 600 rs pr month. I feel cheater & harassed mentally by spark Broadband hence need my 45 days money refunded. I have also attached below receipt of my subscription valid till December.
