Complaint Details
I had ordered items in "The Pizzeria" store through Justeat.in on 26 Sep 2015 amounting to INR 440 (Order Id 2494242. I had also paid the same amount through credit card while ordering. The order was not delivered as the order has been cancelled due to a local strike in Bangalore. I was also informed by the retailer that the amount will be refunded in 3-4 days. However, i have'nt got the refund yet. No response from the customer care team of justeat.in despite repeated email/web engage reminders. Surprised to see such a lethargic approach from justeat.
