Hi Sir/Madam,
I am a home loan customer of ICICI bank from March 2015. When taking loan, the executive told me it is mandatory to take insurance and get my sign without my intension. I asked him not to put insurance policy, but still he didnt agree for that. From that moment i am requesting them to send the policy details. Nothing happened till 6 months. After several follow ups i got a softcopy through mail from insurance company. I surprised on seeing the amount and call the same executive. He told me at that time to close the policy if not interested. So i started the procedure for closing the policy stating the reason, till now i didnt get the policy details. Also i loose trust on them because for getting the documents i need to follow up 6 months, then how can i get a claim from them.When i requested insurance team, they said its their mistake not to send the documents, but i can close the policy with 78% of refund. I argued them for 100% refund of my money. For this am paying a EMI of Rs. 720/month. This is my hard earned money, why should i give my 22%. Also please understand am paying the EMI for this as well. Now i got a mail like 2 out of 3 policies are closed(Rs65550 refunded fromm total rs. 73802). Still they kept one policy opened. Please help to close this policy and get my money back. I have attached all my mail communications.
