Complaint Details
As a customer we pay charges for delay in monthly payments; however the company is never charged for poor services. 1. We do not get TV signal in case of cloudy days, which is common in Bangalore.
2. The picture and voice quality keep degrading
So is there a clause, which says to pay fine due to poor service?
