I am customer (#46988) for this excell media pvt ltd this company provides me a broadband service and policy of it is if their is a shifting of house the shifting charges would be 500 if their is a feasibility
I started service from 15/07/2015 with in 45days I get shifted to an another house they are not providing service in shifted house saying no feasibility and it takes time to make it even their is feasibility
so i have been waiting for three months now they came to me and ask me to pay 1500 with shifting charges(500) and the same can be done when i was shifted, The meaning of feasibilty is "that can be done" So it is an clear evident that their is feasibility
I want justice that for not providing service and i also want to claim damages for 3 months that i have been waiting
