Complaint Details
I had placed an order on there website - www.insaraf.com on 2nd November, 2015 for which i received a damaged delivery on 5th November which are returned by me with the same guy who brought the delivery. Post that, I have been trying to contact the customer support (support@insaraf.com) but no response is being provided. I called up there owner, Mr Raghunandan Saraf, and he assured me of a solution. Now, he has also stopped responding to calls. It has been one month and they are not providing a solution. I do not know there intention whether they want to cheat customers with pre payment of orders. My order number is #1NSF39662133. Request you please help me.
