I purchased Term insurance online(proposal 17941429) and completed the medicals on 28th Oct 2015. For the past 2 weeks I have called innumerous times to customer care and nobody has any clue why my medical reports are not updated in the system. Everyone assures me of getting back/or resolve the issue in 2 days, but to my dismay this has not happened. I called up 10th time this morning to customercare, they still give me the same update and are of least help and totally unprofessional.
I called up the Clinic where I took the medical test and the clinic people have confirmed they have sent all the reports on 31st of Oct to HDFC people. Still I do not have any update on the status of my policy. This has been an worst experience for me. Below are my complaints for the policy and as well against your customer care executives,

I did not imagine buying a term insurance online would be so troublesome and time consuming, infact it should have been the other way round.
I am dissatisfied with the delay in processing my Proposal, with the customer desk executives(since they do not know anything), with unprofessional behavior of customer service desk executives, and in all the total process.
This has been more an month I have applied for a Term insurance and still you guys struggling with the misplaced medical reports and have no clue at all.And I was astonished to find that, the clinic where I completed my medical test is different than the clinic what you have in your records, seriously how could you go wrong with just entering of the details.

I would request you to kindly take appropriate action for issuing my policy at the earliest and improve the way you handle the online term insurance and the improve the customer desk executives.
