My mother - Godawari Khugsal took flight AC164 from Calgary to Toronto and a connecting flight 9W 229 from Toronto to Delhi (date 29th Nov 2015). Issuing Airlines JET Airways. She needed wheelchair assistance and hence she had priority baggage tag on her 2 checkin baggages. She was traveling alone and not speak english.

She did not receive her baggage in Delhi Airport and after almost 2 hours post landing, there was no proper assistance. Even after her repeated request the ground staff did not let her speak to family in Delhi. We are not sure if this is how wheel chair assistance is managed and supervised and if priority baggage tag has any significance.


Could you please let us know if you were able to identify where the baggage are lying.
