Respective Forum, I bought Godrej washing maching last week from Khurana ent. at Alwar for my sister. Showroom person Vipul (Vicky) mentioned the godred company representative shall come and give the demo. When the representative came he told the motor is not working and it needs replacement as per policy. I had asked him for the complete product change as it was not working since I bought but he refused to do so. On the other side the Godrej service center says they dont have the motor available at present with them and it will be changed once they will have the stock. My sister is harrased on this by calling both the shop owner and costumer care but no result is coming. Request to kindly look into this and help to get me the new product.
