PATHETIC SERVICE BY MICROMAX COMPANY. POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE. I purchased MICROMAX CANVAS KNIGHT A350 of Rs. 13,499/- on 24.11.2014 under warranty of 1 year. I confronted some issues with mobile i.e. ON/OFF buttons & Volume buttons are not working and not showing incoming calls number on screen so i had given my mobile to authorized micromax service center on 01/10/2015 being JOB SHEET No.: W031994-1015-19495068. They told me the mobile will be ready in 15-20 days but its already 2 months now I still not received my mobile back. Whenever i call customer care they give me same time frame of 20 days, What the hell is this. How long i have to wait for my mobile. No proper answer i am getting from the company.
