Complaint Details
My name is Ramesh and i have been a loyal customer of Amazon.in. I am under severe stress which is causing mental imbalance because of Amazon India.
I have ordered a mobile pouch worth 590 rupees from third party seller on Amazon India, received and returned the product on issue over size. The order id is 171-4250006-5030765. It has been 45 days since I have made refund request but until now the cheque is not delivered. The cheque was issued but not delivered because the bluedart courier administration is informed not to deliver by the billing team. Even though i was available at my residence false information is updated by the courier. I have informed the same to Amazon india while the cheque was with bluedart but no action is taken. Please go through all the mails and communication i had with amazon india with respect to this order. From the past 7 days, Everyday I contact Amazon India customer support and everyday they tell me to wait 24 hours to receive the refund cheque. I am vexed with them as they don't even provide details of their higher authorities to escalate the issue. Please help me.
I have also attached chat transcripts i had with amazon india customer care. Please go through them and see how careless they are behaving.
The is lot of fraud going on with third party seller refunds. There are so many cases on the internet about the fraud of amazon india billing team. The so called billing team is committing fraud with the refund of items which are not fulfilled by Amazon(which dont come under amazon fulfillment).
