sir ,
i am lodging this complaint for my grand mother as she is too old to make it. she [thankamma, policy no-11856220] invested rupees 30000 in pension plan in hdfc life in the year 2008 and it completed its maturity in 2013.as she is suffering from various illness ,she could not able to contact with the branch.. when she contacted with the branch on sep 2015 ,they told that it is under pension plan and could not take the lump sum money.they told that only pension can provide .i gave the medical certificates to angamaly HDFC branch,but there was no reply. her DOB is 20/05/1936 that means age of 79.she want the money in lump sum for her further treatment and not as pension.please solve the problem as early as possible. her adress is given below
