Dear Sir/Madam

I had purchased a mobile through online shoping from amazon.com on 27th of march 2015
Form the very beginning I noticed the Phone is over Heating during File Browsing, Photo Shooting and Internet Surfing
Within 5 minutes its heating like, you cannot handle it. I have informed the same to the customer care many times over the phone and email as well
Every time the customer care representative is suggesting for a Hard reboot, Factory Restore and other suggested methods, which is completely failure.
So request you to please replace the phone at the earliest to close the long pending issue
