Hello Sir/Madam,

I order Nova Nh 1257 All in One Room Heater on Shopclues.com dated 7th November 2015. it is Prepaid Order via Visa Debit Card & till date i am not receive my product. I got message on 24th November 2015 as product delivered but it is deliver on wrong address.

So i call on 24th November 2015 on Shopclues Customer Support & Register a complain about my product deliver on wrong address but they told me give them 48 hours about product details or proof of delivery. So i agree & till date i am not receive any update about delivery proof and product from shopclues.

i call on 24-25-26-27-28-30 continue but they reply same. Till date i am not receive my product or any delivery proof from courier partner of shopclues.com.

Please look in this matter & give me update as soon as possible.
