Complaint Details
1) I Shyam Lal, request you to kindly register my complaint against the above mentioned company for cheating and committing fraud with me for an amount of Rs 2,67,750/- ( Rs. Two Lacs Sixty Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty ).

2) This company had advertised for booking plots at Neemrana Gateway Project in Neemrana (Rajasthan). I booked 120 Sq. yards (app.) plot in Neemrana Gateway Project during the year 2013. I have made total payment till May 2013 of Rs. 2,67,750/- ( Rs. Two Lacs Sixty Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty ) to M/s Klazina Consultants Ltd. Copy of Application form, Cheques, receipts, bank statements photocopies & letters from Klazina Consultants are attached here with.

3) On my recent queries with office staff of the above company and a visit to the site of the project, I have found that proposed project neither developed as per the plan at the site nor got any approval from the competent State Govt. Authorities. Further they are asking all original documents to process the refund. On being disturbed and stubbed, when I made additional inquiries from some other sources and persons about this company, I learnt that they have launched another project in the name of Neemrana Residency and fate of this project is same.

4) I have applied for refund of my money alongwith 15% p.a interest on 17.10.2015 and regularly following for my hard earned money through email. Company is not replying for my mails.

5) In view of the above kindly register my complaint also against this company. I sincerely hope that the matter will be appropriately investigated and my hard earned money will be recovered from the company alongwith 15% interest as committed by company. Directors of the company to be arrested and put behind bars for harassment, cheating and committing fraud.
