Complaint Details
I got call from no.+919015172568 on dated 26-nov-2015 about 12.00 pm,that i had won samsung galaxy note 2 phone in samsung lottery. The market price price of the phone is around 25000 but i have to pay only rs.3550/-. I got a confirmation call on 27-nov-2015 regarding the same and the guy on the other line mentioned that the mobile will be delivered at my address in 8-10 days by india post. On 03-dec-2015, i was informed by the same mobile number that my mobile phone has reached at my nearest post office. So on 03-dec-2015 around 2:30 pm, the parcel arrived at my home by the postman. I paid rs 3550/- and received the parcel. But when i opened it i was shocked to see that it contains only a small shree laxmi idol.After that when i am trying to reach them they are not picking my phone.Please do help to get back my rs.3550/-.
