Complaint Details
On their web site prepaid online recharge tariff for national roaming is displayed as Rs.26/-and 76/- whereas they are offered same benefit for the both recharge. As there is no distinguish between both offerings why they are displaying both tariff rates which is only lead to misguide the common public. I have contacted the concerned customer care about the
matter they also confirmed that there is no difference between
both recharges tariff .In this case they have to remove the recharge tariff Rs.76/- from the web site which will misguide the public while on recharging online for national roaming if they can get the same benefit by
recharging amount of Rs.26/-.
