Respected sir/madam,
A courier which was addressed to me 2 months back, booked through professional courier has not been delivered to me yet. I have not received any calls or emails regarding the failure in delivery even after repeated queries in their provided emails and contact numbers. Most of the contact numbers provided by them are not working. Kindly enquire about the matter and arrange for delivery of the courier. I hereby attach the current tracking status of my courier as per the company's tracking system and the reply mail they have sent to my queries. I never got a mail after that mail.
