We hv recharged our TV on 3rd Dec2015 @ 11pm, it worked for 2-3 hrs but since morning of 4th Dec.2015 it's not working. we hv called up the custmer care so many times earlier they're saying that fault at their side,but now saying that we hv to bear the engineer visit charges. now i m going to file the case against videocon d2h to consumer court.pls help.
