Complaint Details
I had sent a courier using DTDC Ghaziabad on NOvember 7th. This parcel contained a BOS Soundlink Color Speaker worth Rs.9,900. I wrapped the box in a plastic shopping packet and gave it to the courier. When it was received in Kolkata, the speaker had vanished and the speaker box was packed in a transparent DTDC bag, not my original shopping bag at all. The packege is still lying sealed with her, as she can see from the weight that the box is empty.

The weight at despatch was 1.2 kgs and received at only 200g.
Have exchanged many messages on twitter and email with dtdc but they have now stopped responding. Have sent them scans of all documents.
