On 26th Nov 2015 I talked Vodafone customer that i want to move from my Vodafone prepaid to postpaid plan..and i agreed for the plan which he explained of Rs 199 monthly rental which consist of 600 local/std minutes+300 sms+30paise local,50paise std+ i have to pay Rs400 as security. And i agreed to take this plan and asked him to get collect my document he assured me that next day doc will be collected but in next 3-4 days no one come to collect, then again on 3rd dec 2015 i talked to customer care that i have been told such plan and no one came to collect doc the he assured me that next day my doc will be collected and next day the person came and collected doc and also taken Rs400 security money and told that after 48 hours the sim will activate. But next day i got a call from Vodafone about plan confirmation but she told me totally different plan what i explained before doc collection than i denied to get the postpaid activation because what i have been explained before doc collection and now what they offer is totally different .the person who took my security money also denied for refund of security . so please sir help me to get my money back as its totally case of fraud that the product which i have been explained is different what i am being forced to take ..
