Complaint Details
I had booked an air ticket for round trip from Mangalore to Mumbai via make my trip for Rs.9953 however I had to change the name due to some corrections but the site didn't allow me to change & for that I had to cancel my booking and had to book new tickets just to correct the name spell for the same cost and no amount was refunded for my cancellation. In all I had to pay Rs. 20000/- approx for my round trip
