Dear Sir,

Undersigned booked household goods through SafeExpress packers and Movers from Faridabad to Pune. In this regard i would like to say that they are the worst service provider in this field..Despite continuous follow up they are not delivering the goods even after 45 days against their promise of delivery within 15 days Now when i call them either they don't pick up the phone or they reply that don't call us they are not having any items pending with them. I would like to complain against this agency. You are requested to guide me.
