I have a Credit card of ICICI BANK 5241931305034005.I Have received the credit card statement dated 21.11.15 in which i have noticed that you have charged Rs. 1524 . 28 as penalty & late fee. Al through i have check the my HDFC bank statement it cleared dated 6th Nov. 15, but in credit card statement it show the 16th Nov. 15.After contacting customer care & your bank no body take responsibility for this. Kindly reverse my amount.
