Ad Title: Tata Chroma 2 lt. Brand new vaccum cleaner for sale.
Amount: Rs. 3000. Transaction Mode: Online Payment (Buyer to pay Quikr, Quikr to transfer to my account + Rs. 250 free in PayTM wallet)

Initially I received a mail on Oct 31 that the payment has been initiated, but it never came to my bank account and the quikr Customer Care staff were unable to trace the "so Called" Payment reference Number - 201510300438. Since then, I am sick & tired of chasing Quikr to get the payment. Every time I call, the customer representative gives a new reason. Their Customer Support number is not free and I have spent hours talking to them in futile.. They will swear to god and assure of a call back but not a single time anyone has ever came back with a status update.

Last time I called, the CC rep. said that in their system it has been updated that customer has been paid in CASH.. Really?? When the arrangement was of Online transfer and I received a mail about Fund Transfer being initiated on 31st Oct., how can I be paid in cash on 28th Oct. as per their records??

Why the heck are they not releasing the money to my account?? And who will pay for the mental suffering, agony along with time & money spent to plead trying to get my own money back??
