Complaint Details
I biooked the ticket for my Sis on 28th November for travel on 6th Dec to Indore from Mumbai. The Company did not issued the PNR and no communication sent via email/phone/SMS of ticket not booked wsa made to us. neither the money was refunded to the card. Tried contacting on the customer care no. given on website but in vain. Sent multiple emails to them. and late in the evening got a replay from them the ticket was not booked and the money is transferred to e-wallet a/c. There was no consent of mine given for creating a wallet or transferring the money to any e-wallet a/c. I made a call to them on other no. I got from other source (not mentioned in website) but they replied in rude way and disconnected without any satisfactory answer. I am attaching the screenshot of the mail we received from website post successful transaction.
