Respected Sir
As per I put the complaint with Consumer Complaint no :: 0007526/2013 on dated 22/11/2013. Exact after 2 hours later they called me up and asked about the product I ordered, his wording was, "computer is not showing the product detail you ordered so give us the detail of your product we will send you the product". I gave them the detail but today after very hard work and harassments, I received the product but they delivered wrong product which costs hardly 1592/-(including shipping charges) but the product I ordered costs 1999/. Here I am sending detail of product I ordered and the product they sent me.
Sir here I want to say one thing more if I accept this product even then my amount Rs(2598-1592)= 1006/- is still pending. Please do me a favor, either help me to refund Rs 1006/- or the whole amount Rs. 1999/- ( I will return this courier they sent to me).
