Hi,

I’m Rajendranath Behera from Puri, Odisha and I’m looking for the advice for justice. I have purchased a Fully Automatic Double Die Paper Plate Making Machine from
Jai Mata Di Engineering at
15, Ram Kamal Street,
Near Ganesh Mandir,
Khidderpore, Kolkata 23

(Office was previously located at
51/E Watgung Street,
Near Rahmania Meat Shop,
Khidderpore,

for PMEGP 2014-2015. And I have paid Rs. 2, 00, 375 in three installments through NEFT (2nd April 2015 of Rs 50, 000 with NEFT Ref No. IDBIH15092252644, 18th May 2015 of Rs. 1, 00, 000 with NEFT Ref No. IDBIH15138160859 and 29th May 2015 of Rs. 50, 375). The total Machine bill is Rs. 1, 68, 440 and Rs. 24, 423 was collected for VAT @ 14.5% instead of VAT 5% and CST 2% against form C and ET 1%.

I asked the trader to provide me the bill but he told me that I’ll get the bill with the machine at the time of delivery. However, I didn’t receive any bill with the machine. Later on after so many request trader emailed the scan copy of the hand written bill to my email ID without trader TIN No. Now the trader is not providing me the TIN No for which I’m unable to file the quarterly VAT return. Kindly help me to get the trader’s TIN no or reimbursement the collected VAT amount from the trader.
