dear mam/sir, i bought a mobile through india shopping sight and they delivered a defective mobile a month back and still they have not replaced it and everyday making a new excuse. pls help me to get back my hard earn money or mobile. this a cheat company and have no respect for customers feelings. complain no 2484085.was given by the company.on 7/12/2015.with no result till date.i have paid the full amount of the mobile phone, they took it back after a week and mailed that they will solve the issue within 3 to 4 working days almost 2 weeks passed and nothing returned to me nor they have refunded the money. now they are telling when called up customer care that it will be done within 3 to 4 days. pls help me to get back my hard earn money. this company is a big cheater in the name of online shopping. i bought a BQ s37 mobile phone. in cash. pls pls help me.
