A Complaint about Changing Flights
To whom it may concern,
I am writing to file a complaint regarding my flight changing process and request to waive the price difference of my flight.
I booked my flights from Hong Kong to Nepal (28/12/2015-9/1/2015) 2 months ago, but then I wish to change my return flight from 9/1/2016 to 8/1/2016 with the same time slot, i.e. 15:20 that one. and this problems has not solved yet!
I tried to change my flight a long time ago. I tried both online system and mobile app.
BOTH FAILED! I thought it was a short-term breakdown, so I decided to change it later.
However, this problem has lasted until now.
Then, I sent a lot of emails to its info center, reservation desk and its facebook page. I could only receive the first reply 3 days after my message, and they offered NO solution. They asked me to call the nearest office. When I called the office this morning, they told me to pay extra $2730 if I wanted to change my flight. Two flights were of the same price at the beginning. Now, the price has increased dramatically.The company's CONSISTENT PROBLEMS, and SUPER SLOW responses have caused a great delay, and a huge increase in price difference. I do not think that I should bear ALL responsibility and pay the full charge.
Just now, it has stopped replying me since 5 days ago, and they have not provided any solution to me.
It is hoped that your institution can offer me a reasonable solution towards this problem.
