Complaint Details
I booked a flat in aug-2012 to Rashmi builder naigaon east. They people agreed to give us possesion in aug-2015 we continously follow this people but every time they people foolish us by saying construction will start in next 3-4 months. One year ago they suddenly told constuction cant started cause cc( clearance certificate) not issued by government now this people told us to shift in another building which has only 4 floor or shift to Vasai . I askesd them for returning my money but they people not agreed & not giv my money please help us to take our money from that people
