Hi Team i have submitted my mobile micromax A350 job sheet id is s040668-1015-19829906 on 19th october 2015 at rudra agency at basheerbagh hyderabad. This was thrid time, that device was submitted to micromax and evry time new problem comes, and also its 3 times that micromax failed to repair and deliver device on promised date ..its almost 50 days now, and you do not seem to proactively act on customer requests /complaints and no one bothers to look .poor after service from micromax.
