Hello Sir,
I have bought Vu TECHNOLOGIES COLOR LED TV from SNAPDEAL website on DECEMBER 10th 2014, On DECEMBER 01st 2015 my TV GOT BURSTED WITH HEAVY SPARK from INSIDE.
Due to that i called the customer care number given in their website but noone pick up the call,after three days on DEC 04th i called the customer care and they logged a request for my TV issue.
But since from the DEC 04th i dont have received any response from the company and from the service center they are saying that this is on chargeable basis,
i want to pay 5000rs to change the part without visiting my place they are saying like that.
I'm in very sorrow, depression due to this and i need your help to do the repair under the warranty period.
Due to those peoples, since 1 week from raised a complaint my tv repair was not done till now and they are demanding to pay for the repair.
This make us so discomfort and untrustworthy from the company.
As per them, my TV have one year warranty period which was not completed till now, but they are saying like that.
I need your intervention to help me to get the TV repair/change under the warranty period with free of cost.

I have a hope on this forum to get a soltuion for my household items because earlier i got a solution from the CCRC for some other items.
I have attached all the necessary documents for your reference.

I request you to please Kindly take the necessary action to get my problem done.
