I ordered hazelnut cake from grofers and they delivered the wrong cake. I was not home at the time of delivery but when I reached home my family complained about the cake. It was first of all not a hezelnut chocolate cake and whatever it was did not taste anything like a cake. Hence I wrote a complaint email to grofers. Grofers on the other hand is only saying sorry and offering me coupon of Rs. 100. What a joke from their end. This is not it prior to this order in one of my ordered the cauliflower was spoiled, I sent the picture as well they did not care to respond. This is the number 95998 16714 where i sent the picture but no one responded yet on cauliflower case.
